Commercial License

1. Definitions

1.1. "Works" — all maps and created Map Pack modules for Foundry VTT developed and provided by the Author, excluding any created music.

1.2. "Author" — Dungeons LAB Maps (https://www.patreon.com/Dungeons_LAB).

1.3. "Subscriber" — an individual or legal entity with an active paid subscription to the Author's services.

2. Grant of License

2.1. Subject to compliance with the terms of this License, the Author grants the Subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Works in their commercial projects.

3. Terms of Use

3.1. The Subscriber must maintain an active paid subscription throughout the entire period during which they:

• Sell the Works or any derivatives thereof.
• Distribute the Works or any derivatives thereof, including free distribution.
• Modify or Adapt the Works to create new products or services.
• Use the Works for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, including internal company use, public demonstrations, publications, etc.

3.2. Attribution Requirement

When using the Works commercially, the Subscriber is required to include a link to the original Patreon page where the maps were obtained. This
attribution must be clearly visible and accessible to end-users.

3.3. In the event of termination of the paid subscription, the Subscriber must immediately cease all forms of use of the Works, including but not limited to:

• Selling and distributing previously created materials based on the Works.
• Continuing development or modification of the Works.
• Public display or demonstration of the Works.

3.4. The Subscriber is not entitled to transfer or assign rights to the Works to third parties without prior written consent from the Author.

4. Term and Termination

4.1. This License becomes effective upon activation of the paid subscription and remains in force as long as the Subscriber maintains an active paid subscription.

4.2. The Author reserves the right to terminate this License in case of any violation of its terms by the Subscriber.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All rights to the Works, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, belong to the Author.

5.2. Nothing in this License transfers ownership rights of the Works to the Subscriber.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Author is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the Subscriber's use or inability to use the Works.

7. Amendments to the License

7.1. The Author reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this License. Amendments become effective upon their publication on the Author's official website or notification to the Subscriber and apply to new and current Subscribers.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the Author and the Subscriber regarding the use of the Works and supersedes all prior agreements, proposals, and communications.

9. Other Provisions

9.1. If any provision of this License is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
